The Universal Law of Attraction
The universal law of attraction and meditation both seek to empower each and
everyone of us to be the best that we can be. When we meditate we learn to tap into our higher self. When we use the Law of Attraction
we also learn to tap into our higher self to bring about both positive physical and emotional changes in our
life. When used in combination the results can be enlightening. You can learn to manifest anything you want in
this life, from a brand new car to spiritual enlightenment.
You are only limited by your own thoughts.
Goal Setting
No matter what you want to have or achieve in your life, setting goals is
critical. Without deciding what you want, you will likely remain at the mercy of whatever life throws at you.
However, for many of us, goal setting is not enough. It is very important to integrate the universal law of
attraction into your goal setting and achievement actions, so you can get what you want more quickly and
easily.

At its fundamental level, the universal law of attraction is simply this: You
will attract that which you focus upon. Many of us remember that this law was played up as a mysterious secret in
mass media a few years back, but the simple truth is, it's really not a secret at all.
People have been using the law of attraction for thousands of years to achieve
greater abundance, improve spiritual mastery, and greatly improve the
quality of their lives.
Focus Your Attention
To begin using the universal law
of attraction in your life, it is a good idea to take inventory of the things on which you currently focus your
attention. It is important to be honest with yourself about this, because what you think about is already coming to
you.
You may say that you are focusing on financial prosperity, but is that really
where your attention is?
If you are like many of us, you want financial prosperity, but you focus on your
current lack of money. You may spend a significant amount of time worrying about how you are going to pay the
mortgage next month, or how you are going to afford next semester's tuition.
In short, we tend to focus on lack, rather than on abundance - and because of
this, we attract a lack of money to our lives.
Once you understand where your focus truly lies, you can use the universal law of
attraction to change your thoughts. One simple way to do this is to write down what you want to achieve, as if it
has already happened.
Using the example above, you might write something like, “I have all the
money that I need.” You can even be more specific, and use phrases like, “I earn $5,000 every month.” Being
specific allows you to tell the universe exactly what you desire, and gives you the mental focus to recognize the
opportunities that are presented to you.
Fundamental Element
The ability to recognize opportunities is a fundamental element of the universal
law of attraction. We all encounter opportunities every day, but because we are focused on what we don't want, we
often fail to notice them.
Using the universal law of attraction shifts your attention to these
opportunities, so that you can take advantage of them. This allows you to achieve your goals much more quickly and
easily.
Once you have written down what you want, you can set the universal law of
attraction in motion by repeating your statements during meditation, in the shower, or any
other time when you can turn your attention to your goals.
By frequently and consistently repeating these statements, you will retrain your
mind to manifest all your desires.
