Mind Powers
Although many people are aware that the mind can be
used for crafting your internal and external reality, few of us understand just how useful mind power can be for
building the life you desire. In truth, the power of your mind is limitless - you can use it to change nearly
any aspect of your life, quickly and easily.
Whether you want to improve your health, learn how to speak in public, or
increase your wealth, learning how to access your mind powers is the most direct route to getting there.
How do you effectively access your mind powers? There are several strategies you
can use, but meditation is at the core of all of them. Meditation, at its most fundamental level, is simply a means
of moving out of the day to day state of consciousness (beta consciousness), which is a state of being fully awake
and focused on the world around you.
Meditation allows you to drift into alpha consciousness, which is a dreamlike
state in which the mind is directed inward, rather than outward.

Powers
Although many people believe that it is difficult to learn how to meditate
effectively, almost anyone can learn the basic techniques of meditation and experience the secret power of the mind. If you have never meditated before, there are many
resources available to teach you how to relax your mind and body, clear out the “mind chatter” that most of
continually experience, and enter into a meditative state that will allow you to unlock your mind
powers.
For many, guided meditation recordings are helpful, especially when just
beginning a meditation routine. These recordings are designed to help you reach a meditative state more easily
through the use of guided imagery.
There are also guided meditation recordings available to help you reach specific
goals, such as financial success, weight loss, and smoking cessation. By using these recordings consistently during
meditation, you can use your mind powers to retrain yourself to achieve your goal.
Brainwave Entrainment
Brainwave entrainment recordings are another very powerful tool for harnessing
your mind power during your meditation sessions. These recordings use sounds set to specific frequencies designed
to slow your brainwaves to alpha consciousness frequencies, allowing you to enter into a meditative state much more
quickly and easily.
Brainwave entrainment recordings do not require any training or special knowledge
- you simply start the audio recording, settle into a comfortable position, and allow the sounds to lull your mind
into a powerful meditative state.
Affirmations
Finally, you can harness your mind powers through the use of affirmations. To
write an affirmation, simply think of your goal as though you have already achieved it, and write a present tense
statement that reflects the achievement of that goal. For example, if you want to lose weight, you might write an
affirmation such as, “My body is thin and beautiful”.
By repeating these affirmations in your mind during meditation, you turn your
future goal into your current reality. Your mind will accept that the attainment of your goal is inevitable, and
will begin setting the stage for you to receive exactly what you want.
