In many Eastern philosophies, chi energy is considered the key focal
point of personal happiness, health, and well being. It is the energy or life force that flows through your
body, and connects you to the universe around you.
Although chi energy is not something that can be scientifically detected, it can
be felt and manipulated through various means, such as acupressure, meditation, and diet.
Chi energy affects your total well being -- if a person has low chi energy, then he or she will experience fatigue, poor health, lack of focus, and
impaired sleep, among other problems and ailments. A person with high chi energy, on the other hand, will
experience a vibrant health, boundless energy, and mental clarity.
In some cases, chi energy can even be used to move objects outside of your own
physical body. Chi practitioners have repeatedly demonstrated that objects can be moved, lifted, and altered simply
through the power of concentrated chi energy - without physically touching the objects.
Although moving a water bowl across the table or lifting a chair with your mind
can provide for an impressive (and amusing) show, chi energy can be better harnessed for personal wellness and
fulfillment. And fortunately, it requires a lot less training to use chi energy to heal your body than it
does to learn how to move objects without touching them.
Chi energy can be raised in several important ways. First, the food you eat
directly affects your chi level. If you live on commercially processed, packaged meals and fast food combos, then
you are naturally going to experience low levels of chi energy. Conversely, if you adopt a diet rich in organic
fruits and vegetables, you will quickly notice your energy increasing.
Feel Your Chi Energy
Here is a short video that introduces you to the concept of chi
and how you can start feeling it for yourself
Exercise Your Chi Energy
Exercising is another important aspect to master chi energy. People who
work at sedentary jobs or spend hours lounging in front of the television often experience low energy
levels.
If you don't have time to go to the gym, find a quiet place to practice
basic yoga poses, or even simply go out for a walk -- your chi will increase
dramatically in a very short period of time.
Increase Your Chi Energy With The Proper Breathing Techniques
Learning proper breathing techniques is a
third way to quickly master chi energy. Focus on slow, deep breathing - take 8 to 10 long breaths, inhaling as
much air as your lungs will allow. Then, hold each breath for 5 seconds, and exhale slowly. As you inhale, you draw
in universal energy; as you exhale, you let go of limiting thought patterns and beliefs that supress your level of
chi energy.
Chi Energy Meditation
Finally, meditation can play an important role in maintaining a high level of chi
energy. Taking even ten minutes a day to relax, clear your mind, and focus inward can profoundly increase your
energy and improve your mental and physical health. It can take some time to perfect basic meditation techniques, but experiencing vibrant energy, mental clarity, and
improved health is well worth the effort.
