of our origins and our true identity as a multi-dimensional being made up primarily of energy and light. So

Seeing Auras
Chances are that you have seen auras many times in your life but you never knew what it was
and passed it off as an illusion brought about by a problem with your vision so you thought nothing more of it.
This may be the case sometimes due to an illness or the lighting or any number of other anomalies. But there are
many times when you have actually seen the aura, I guarantee it. I will teach you to remove the veils that keep
your aura hidden from your awareness.
Everything Has an Aura
If you are going to learn how to see auras you must accept the premise that everything has an aura: plants,
people, furniture, animals, cars, TV’s and so on all have auras. To put it simply all things have an aura because
all things are made of energy and all energy both emanates and absorbs. Since energy is in a constant state of
motion and must go somewhere, it radiates from all objects in the form of light energy.
The human aura radiates from an inner source of energy. There are two types of energy in your body: The
energy that is taken in through the food you eat and the sounds and light sources that we experience everyday and
also our soul.
Here is one way you can practice to help you see auras. Please understand that in the
beginning you may not be able to see the different colors of the aura. You will most likely see a shadowy light
outline around the head and upper portion of the body. It may appear see through and somewhat vague at first. With
practice you will be able to see a more pronounced and distinct glow around the whole body.
All you need to is a willing partner and a blank white
wall to see the aura
1. Have your friend stand in front of a white wall, the plainer the background the easier it will be to see the
aura.
2. Stand about 5 to 7 feet away from your partner. Relax your eyes by blinking several times. Not only does this
help to relax your eyes but it also helps to reset you focus and intention.
3. Concentrate on your partner’s head, someplace between the bridge of the nose and the top of their forehead. You
want to focus your vision there and use your peripheral vision to see the area around the head and shoulders.
Provided you have been able to sufficiently relax your vision you will begin to see a very subtle outline. At first
it may appear to be an illusion caused by the relaxed state of your vision but keep hold of this state and you will
soon begin to see the energy field start to slightly pulsate and vibrate around your partners body. This is the
beginning stage of seeing the aura. With practice you will be able to see the aura become larger and also start to
see colors coming of the body.
Do not try to conceptualize your experience. Do not try to logically explain what you are seeing while you are
practicing how to see auras. You must remain in a semi-trance like state while focusing on your partner or whatever
object you choose to look at.
The aura is not a mystical machination of someone’s imagination. It can actually be photographed using Kirlian
Photography and is scientifically proven to exist.
Practice everyday and soon enough you will be able to experience the awe of actually seeing auras. This is your
first step into the realm of ultimate possibilities. Your must first understand that we are more than what we
